青浦区人附红细胞体感染状况的调查
Survey of Eperthrozoon infection in the Qingpu District of Shanghai
【摘要】 目的了解青浦区人群附红体的感染现状。方法以青浦区练塘、青浦镇和华新镇为调查区,随机抽取2个村/居委会,对一般人群(对照组),猪饲养员、猪肉屠宰和销售人员(密切接触组)进行问卷调查,镜检血涂片方法检查附红体的感染情况。结果共调查320人,查及感染者52人,总感染率为16.25%;其中密切接触组感染34人,对照组18人,感染率分别为21.25%和11.25%,感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.243,P<0.05)。两组性别感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。密切接触组最低感染度为0.97%,最高感染度为40.73%,以轻度感染(占97.06%)为主,少数为中度感染(2.94%),未发现重度感染;对照组最低感染度为0.07%,最高感染度为38.47%,以轻度感染(占94.44%)为主,少数为中度感染(5.56%),无重度感染。结论上海市青浦区人群中存在附红细胞体的感染,以轻度感染为主。
【Abstract】 Objective To ascertain the status of Eperythrozoon infection in the Qingpu district of Shanghai.Methods Two village/residents’ committees were randomly selected in the towns of Liantang,Qingpu,and Huaxin,and a questionnaire was administered to the general population(control group) as well as pig breeders,pork slaughterers,and sales personnel(close contact group).The status of Eperythrozoon infection was examined using blood smears examined microscopically.Results In total,320 individuals were surveyed.Fifty-two individuals tested positive for infection for a total rate of Eperythrozoon infection of 16.25%.Thirty-four of these individuals were from the close contact group while 18 were from the control group.The rates of Eperythrozoon infection were 21.25% and 11.25%,respectively;the rate of infection differed significantly(χ2=4.243,P<0.05) for the two groups,but the rate of infection did not differ significantly(P>0.05) by gender.In the close contact group,the lowest level of Eperythrozoon infection was 0.97% while the highest level of infection was 40.73%.Most of these infected individuals had a low-grade infection(97.06%) while a few had a moderate infection(2.94%) and none had a severe infection.In the control group,the lowest density of Eperythrozoon was 0.07% and the highest was 38.47%.Most of these infected individuals had a low-grade infection(94.44%) while a few had a moderate infection(5.56%) and none had a severe infection.Conclusion Eperythrozoon infection was common in the Qingpu district of Shanghai but mostly involved a low-grade infection.
