【摘要】 目的了解血吸虫病健康教育对三峡库区开县居民的影响,评价其效果。方法采用分层多级整群随机抽样的方法,抽取开县、云阳2个库区县的居民792人,利用问卷调查的方式获取调查对象对血吸虫病的认知情况。结果血吸虫病健康教育开展1年后,开县示范点内居民血防知识及格率由8.70%上升到68.91%(χ2=334.48,P<0.01),高于内、外对照点(P<0.01);示范点内95.77%的居民血防态度及信念得分为"好",高于内、外对照点(P<0.01);58.71%的示范点居民已不接触江水,高于外对照点(χ2=41.91,P<0.01)。结论血吸虫病健康教育提高了开县居民血吸虫病防范意识,对控制库区血吸虫病的潜在流行和传播具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ascertain the effects of schistosomiasis health education among residents in Kaixian in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods Cluster random sampling was used to survey 792 residents in villages in Kaixian and Yunyang,and a questionnaire was used to ascertain knowledge about schistosomiasis.Results After 1 year of health education,the passing rate for questions regarding knowledge about the prevention of schistosomiasis among residents in Kaixian increased from 8.70% to 68.91%(χ2=334.48,P<0.01),and the rate was higher than that at internal and external control sites(P<0.01).Of residents,95.77% had a "good" score for attitudes and beliefs regarding the prevention of schistosomiasis,and this figure was higher than that at internal and external control sites(P<0.01).Of the residents,58.71% had not come in contact with the Yangtze River,and this figure was higher than that at the external control site(χ2=41.91,P<0.01).Conclusion Schistosomiasis health education has improved the awareness of schistosomiasis prevention among residents in Kaixian in the Three Gorges area and is crucial to preventing the potential incidence and spread of schistosomiasis in the Three Gorges area.更多还原
