酶改性淀粉接枝物的制备及性能
Preparation and Sizing Performance of Starch Modified with Enzyme Grafter
【摘要】 在H2O2/FeSO4双组分氧化还原体系中,以酶改性木薯淀粉为主链,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DM)为单体,通过无皂乳液聚合制备了酶改性接枝物乳液。探讨了α-淀粉酶改性木薯淀粉的工艺对单体转化率的影响,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、静态接触角和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对酶改性淀粉接枝物进行结构和性能表征。结果表明,酶改性淀粉接枝物乳液有很好的施胶性能,当聚合物乳液用量为施胶液的0.5%时,施胶效果达到最佳。
【Abstract】 The cassava starch modified with enzyme was grafted by soap-free emulsion polymerization with styrene(St),butylacrylate(BA),acrylonitrile(AN),acrylamide(AM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) as major monomers in H 2 O 2-FeSO 4 oxidation-reduction initiator system.It was explored that the technological conditions of the cassava starch modified by α-amylase influence on monomer conversion.The structure and performance of starch modified with enzyme grafter was characterized with FT-IR,static contact angle and SEM.The experiment demonstrates that the polymer can improve paper sizing performance of corrugated board.Application performance shows the best behavior when the dosage of surface sizing agent is 0.5%.
