牙科综合治疗台公共接触面的消毒效果观察

【摘要】 目的观察Caviwipes清洁消毒纸巾对牙科综合治疗台公共接触面的清洁消毒效果。方法采用Cavi-wipes清洁消毒纸巾对牙科综合治疗台的照明灯拉手、管线连接部进行物体表面清洁消毒,使用TPC半定量细菌培养载片和ATP荧光检测仪对消毒前后的细菌数与相对光单位值(RLU)进行测定。结果两种物体表面消毒前、消毒后菌落数和ATP值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒前两个部位菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),照明灯拉手菌落四分位数1~45CFU/cm2,管线连接处1~5CFU/cm2;消毒后两个部位四分位数菌落数为0,消毒前两个部位ATP值差异无统计学意义。结论 Caviwipes清洁消毒纸巾对牙科综合治疗台公共接触面清洁消毒效果明显。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of Caviwipes in the cleaning and disinfection of public contact surface of dental chair unit.METHODS The light handle and pipeline connections of dental chair unit were cleaned and disinfected by Caviwipes disinfectant wipes.TPC semi-quantitative bacterial culture slides and ATP bioluminescence assay detector were used to measure the bacterial counts and relative light unit(RLU)before and after disinfecting.RESULTS There was statistically significant difference in the bacterial counts and RLU before and after the disinfection of the light handle and pipeline connections of dental chair unit(P<0.01).As compared with bacterial counts,the difference between the two parts were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bacterial counts interquartiles of the light handle ranged between 1 CFU/cm2 and 45 CFU/cm2,the pipeline connections between 1 CFU/cm2 and 5 CFU/cm2.The bacterial colony counts quartiles of the two parts were both 0 after the disinfection,the difference in the ATP value between the two parts was not statistically significant before the disinfection.CONCLUSION Caviwipes disinfectant wipes have remarkable efficacy in the disinfection of public contact surface of the dental chair unit.
