【摘要】 目的研究老年关爱病房医院感染患者的临床特点、危险因素及护理对策。方法回顾性调查2006年1月-2010年12月老年关爱病房192例>75岁医院感染患者的临床资料进行综合分析。结果医院感染291例次,以呼吸道感染为首占55.0%,其次为泌尿道感染占27.5%、消化道感染占5.8%、皮肤感染占5.2%;医院感染与老年患者长期卧床、免疫力低下、住院时间长、基础疾病多、广泛应用抗菌药物、应用激素、侵入性操作等密切相关。结论老年关爱病房医院感染发生率高,危险因素多,护理工作必须采取积极的对策进行防范。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the clinical features,risk factors,and nursing countermeasures for nosocomial infections of patients in elderly case wards.METHODS A retrospective survey on the clinical data of 192 patients with nosocomial infections in elderly care wards was conducted from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.RESULTS There were 291 case-times of patients with nosocomial infections,respiratory tract infections ranked the first place(55.0%),followed by urinary tract infections(27.5%),gastrointestinal tract infections(5.8%),and skin infections(5.2%);nosocomial infections were closely related to the bedridden,immunocompromised,long hospital stay,complex underlying diseases,broad use of antibiotics,use of hormone,and invasive operation and so on.CONCLUSION The incidence of nosocomial infections is high in elderly care wards,and there are many risk factors,so we must take positive countermeasures for the prevention.更多还原
