【摘要】 目的探讨化脓性角膜炎通过手术干预进行治疗的临床应用。方法选取65例化脓性角膜炎患者,根据患者情况选择不同手术方式进行干预治疗,包括保存角膜联合植床带周边后板层大植片穿透性角膜移植术(PKP)、部分板层角膜移植术(LKP)、胬肉切除术、羊膜移植术(AMT)以及结膜瓣遮盖术;对所有患者的视力进行随访,对疗效进行评价。结果患者随访6～9个月的视力改善为:视力<0.02者由术前的78.46%降至术后的15.38%;视力>0.3者由术前的1.54%升高至术后的23.08%,术后视力较术前明显提高,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术治疗化脓性角膜炎治愈率为75.38%,总有效率为92.31%。结论通过手术干预治疗化脓性角膜炎是有效的,有时甚至是必需的,但是应密切观察是否发生并发症,及时处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical application of surgical intervention in treatment of suppurative keratitis.METHODS A total of 65 patients with suppurative keratitis were chosen as the research subjects.According to the condition of the patients,various surgical approaches were adopted for the intervention treatment,including the PKP,LKP,AMT and conjunctival flap covering technique,the visions of all patients were followed up and the efficacy was taken for evaluation.RESULTS The situations improved for the patients followed up 6-9 months were as follows:the patients with the visual acuity <0.02 decreased from 78.46% before the surgery to 15.38% after it;the patients with the visual acuity >0.3 increased from 1.54% before the operation to 23.08% after the operation;from overall,the postoperative visual acuity improved significantly as compared with the preoperative visual acuity,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the cure rate of suppurative keratitis of surgical intervention was 75.38%,and the total effective rate was 92.31%.CONCLUSION The treatment of suppurative keratitis through surgical intervention is effective and sometimes necessary,however,it is necessary to pay close attention to the emergence of complications and then treat in a timely manner.更多还原
