【摘要】 目的探讨眼科住院患者医院感染的危险因素及其预防与控制措施。方法对2006年1月-2010年12月眼科住院患者医院感染危险因素进行回顾性调查与分析。结果眼科住院患者2464例,发生医院感染62例,感染率为2.52%;危险因素包括年龄、并发症、住院天数、手术等。结论医院感染管理是现代医院管理中的一项重要内容,加强医院感染管理是全面控制医院感染,提高医疗质量,保证医疗安全的重要环节,严格无菌操作,合理使用抗菌药物,减少医院感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors for nosocomial infections in patients of department of ophthalmology and explore how these factors can be prevented and controlled.METHODS A retrospective survey and analysis was conducted to investigate the risk factors for nosocomial infections in patients of department of ophthalmology during the period from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010.RESULTS Of 2464 patients in department of ophthalmology,nosocomial infections occurred in 62 cases with the infection rate of 2.52%.The risk factors included the age of the patients,complications,hospital stay,operation and so on.CONCLUSION Control of nosocomial infections is an important part in modern hospital management.To strengthen the control of nosocomial infections is crucial to raise the health care quality,and ensure the medical safety.Strict implementation of aseptic techniques and the reasonable use of antibiotics can reduce nosocomial infections.更多还原
