【摘要】 目的探索品管圈在手术室供应室一体化模式中的应用。方法由9人组成品管圈,分析手术室供应室一体化运作中器械管理所存在问题,找出原因,制定出相应的措施。结果 2010年7-12月比1-6月手术器械管理不良事件下降了7例。结论将品管圈应用到手术室供应室一体化模式取得了满意的效果,提高了科室人员的团队精神,在工作上增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和工作满足感,充分发挥出护理人员的积极性、创造性和主动性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the application of qa circle in the operating room loading integration mode.METHODS A total of 9 people consisted of qa laps,the problems existing in the instrument management in the operating room loading integration mode were analyzed so as to find out the causes and develop corresponding measures.RESULTS The adverse incidents of surgical instruments management decreased by 7 cases during Jul-Dec 2010 as compared with that during Jan-Jun 2010.CONCLUSION Qa circle applied to the operating room loading integration mode during the operation of surgical instruments management has achieved good effect,it can also improve the team spirit,enhance the awareness of the nursing staff involving in nursing management and the satisfaction,and give full play to the nursing staff’s enthusiasm and creativity and initiative.更多还原
