【摘要】 目的了解放射根瘤菌的生物学特征,探讨放射根瘤菌所致菌血症的特点。方法回顾性分析2008年5月-2011年3月医院收治的9例血培养中检出放射根瘤菌的实验室检测结果。结果 9株放射根瘤菌的生物学性状高度一致,该菌对三代头孢菌素、头霉素、碳青霉烯类、氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、呋喃妥因可能表现为敏感。结论放射根瘤菌可引起菌血症,常见于有高危因素的患者;放射根瘤菌对大多数抗菌药物敏感,经治疗预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the microbiological characteristics of Rhizobium radiobacter and explore the characteristics of bacteremia caused by R.radiobacter.METHODS The microbiological data of R.radiobacter cultured from the blood of the patients enrolled in hospital from May 2008 to Mar.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The microbiological characteristics of the nine strains of R.radiobacters were highly consistent,and all the isolates of R.radiobacter were possibly susceptible to the third generation cephalosporins,cephamycins,carbapenems,fluoroquinolones,aminoglycesides,and nitrofurantion.CONCLUSION R.radiobacter can cause bactereimia which is commonly seen in patients with underlying risk factors.R.radiobacter is susceptible to most antibiotics;it is favorable for the prognosis after treatment.更多还原
