【摘要】 目的调查抗菌药物用药间隔存在的问题并分析可能原因,提出对策。方法回顾性随机抽取静脉用抗菌药物出院患者病历及特殊抗菌药物登记表共408份,对其抗菌药物用药间隔进行汇总分析。结果调查静脉用抗菌药物品种16种,以β-内酰胺类为主,其中142份病例用药间隔不合理,不合理率为34.80%,主要存在问题为给药频次减少用药间隔延长、1次/12h按2次/d给药。结论临床医师应加强抗菌药物合理使用及药效药动学相关知识的学习,严格遵守给药间隔,安全、有效、合理、经济地使用抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the existing problems in interval medication and analyze the possible causes so as to propose countermeasures.METHODS A total of 408 cases of discharged patients who used antibacterial agents by intravenous drip and special antibacterial drug registration were randomly selected,the intervals of antibacterial drug use were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS Totally 16 types of antibacterial drugs were used,and the main type was β-lactam antibiotics;the unreasonable intervals of medications occurred in 142 cases,accounting for 34.8%,and the major problems included the reduced frequency of dosing,lengthened interval of medication and once/12h misapplied as twice/d.CONCLUSION The related knowledge of reasonable application of antibacterial drus and phamacodynamics should be enhanced among clinical doctors;it is necessary to strictly follow the interval of medication and use antibiotics in a safe,effective,and economical manner.更多还原
