【摘要】 目的调查产科病房存在的医院感染隐患,探讨预防医院感染的干预措施。方法调查了解医院产科病房存在的医院感染隐患,制定预防医院感染的相关措施。结果产科病房医院感染管理工作尚不规范,在职工医院感染理念、管理制度的执行、监督机制、人员培训、无菌操作、洗手依从性、医疗废弃物处理等方面存在着诸多医院感染的隐患。结论现代医院务必加大医院感染管理力度,采取有效的干预措施,严格执行消毒隔离制度,才能达到预防与控制医院感染的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate hidden dangers of nosocomial infections in obstetrical wards and explore intervention strategies.METHODS The hidden dangers of nosocomial infections were investigated to institute the relative intervention strategies.RESULTS Nosocomial infection management was not standard and there were several hidden dangers existing in the awareness of infection,execution of management rules,supervision system,staff training,sterile operation,hand-washing compliance and medical garbage disposal.CONCLUSION The modern hospitals should strengthen management of nosocomial infections,adopt effective intervention,and execute sterilization and isolation system to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.更多还原
