呼吸机螺纹管消毒后保存有效期的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨呼吸机螺纹管消毒后保存的有效期限。方法将复用呼吸机螺纹管使用-清洗-消毒后随机分为:A组自然晾干法、B组95%乙醇冲洗干燥法、C组烘干箱烘干法,分别在不同的保存时间内进行了576次螺纹管内表面采样后细菌学检测。结果消毒后保存7、14、21、28d采样检测阳性率分别为:A组6.12%、24.00%、12.77%、13.33%,B组6.00%、6.25%、2.50%、4.00%,C组0、0、2.17%、0;不合格率分别为:A组6.12%、6.00%、8.51%、11.11%,B组0、0、2.50%、4.00%,C组在不同时间内无不合格样本;不合格样本均在潮湿季节内。结论潮湿季节不能采用自然晾干法;95%乙醇冲洗法干燥保存的呼吸机螺纹管,在<14d达到消毒合格;烘干箱烘干法干燥保存的呼吸机螺纹管不受季节的影响,14d无菌生长,28d保持消毒合格。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the validity period of ventilator pipe after disinfection.METHODS After cleaning and disinfection,the re-used threaded pipes from breathing machine were randomly divided into 3 groups,and different drying methods were applied including:(A) natural drying method,(B) 95% alcohol rinse drying,(C) oven drying method.576 bacteriological tests were performed after sampling from threaded inner surface at different time points of preservation.RESULTS After disinfection and preservation for 7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d,positive rates detected in group A were : 6.12%,24.00%,12.77% and 13.33% respectively,in group B were 6.00%,6.25%,2.50% and 4.00%,and in group C were 0%,0%,2.17% and 0%.The failure rates were:6.12%,6.00%,8.51% and 11.11% in group A,0%,0%,2.50% and 4.00 % in group B,there was no unsatisfactory sample in group C at any of the test time points.Unsatisfactory samples were all detected in wet season.CONCLUSION Natural drying method can not be used in wet season;for ventilator pipe preserved after 95% alcohol rinse drying,acceptable disinfection can be maintained for 14 days;ventilator pipe preserved after oven drying was not influenced by season,no bacterial growth within 14 days and the acceptable disinfection can be maintained for 28 days.
