【摘要】 目的探讨甲型H1N1流感合并肺炎重症患者胸部CT表现及临床意义。方法对2009年鄂尔多斯市第二人民医院收治的流感患者314例均行胸部CT常规检查,同时所有病例均进行咽拭子甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测,确诊为192人为H1N1流感患者,其余122人为普通流感患者,分析两组患者临床胸部CT特征。结果经胸部CT检查,314例流感患者合并肺炎患者85人,占所扫病例的27.1%。确诊甲型H1N1流感患者192人,其中合并肺炎患者76人,占所有流感合并肺炎病例的89.4%,与普通流感合并肺炎患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中76例甲型H1N1流感肺炎胸部X线表现为:弥漫性病变7例(9%),肺实性病变16例(21%),间质性病变38例(50%),磨玻璃样改变27例(26%),合并胸膜增厚12例(16%),合并肺栓塞2例(3%)。结论 2009年鄂尔多斯地区甲型H1N1流感合并肺炎患者较普通流感多,且主要以两肺多发间质性改变、磨玻璃样、斑片样改变为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Influenza A(H1N1)pneumonia in patients with severe chest CT findings and clinical significance.Methods The present study investigated 314influenza patients in the Ordos Second People’s Hospital in 2009.The patients were instructed to accept conventional CT examination,as well as H1N1 influenza virus nucleic acid examination through throat swabbing,and finally 192 cases were confirmed H1N1 influenza patients,and the rest 122 cases were ordinary influenza patients.Subsequently,the study analyzed the chest CT features of patients in both groups.Results By chest CT examination,all influenza patients with 85patients with pneumonia,accounting for 27.1% of the cases the sweep.192 patients with confirmed Influenza A H1N1 influenza,including pneumonia patients with 76,accounting for 89.4% of all cases of influenza pneumonia,of pneumonia in patients with the common flu difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).76 cases of Influenza A(H1N1)pneumonia on chest X ray as follows: diffuse lesions in 7 cases(9.2%); pulmonary lesions in 16 cases(21%),interstitial lung disease in 38 cases(50%),ground-glass change 27 cases(35.5%)with pleural thickening in 12cases(15.8%).Conclusion Influenza A(H1N1)in the Ordos region in 2009 of pneumonia patients than the common flu,and mainly interstitial changes in the lungs more than fat,ground-glass opacities,patchy change the main.更多还原
