【摘要】 目的探讨创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)开颅术后迟发性血肿诊断和治疗。方法对我院52例TBI患者开颅术后迟发性血肿的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果患者出院时GOS评分:Ⅰ级11例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级12例,Ⅳ级11例,V级9例。结论 TBI术后发生DTICH患者的预后取决于早期发现,及早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and experience of the postoperative delayed intracranial hematoma of the traumatic brain injury.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical features of 52 postoperative delayed intracranial hematoma of the traumatic brain injury.Results Of 52 cases,there were 11 cases of Ⅰgrade,9 cases of Ⅱ grade,12 cases of Ⅲ grade,11 cases of Ⅳ grade,9 cases of V grade.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment can improve prognosis and efficacy of the postoperative delayed intracranial hematoma of the traumatic brain injury.更多还原
