【摘要】 目的探讨和评价CO2激光手术联合抗病毒药物西多福韦(cidofovir)治疗儿童复发性喉乳头状瘤的可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析28例复发性喉乳头状瘤患儿的临床资料,采用单纯CO2激光治疗10例,激光切除后同时用西多福韦于病灶基底注射18例,对2种治疗方法的疗效进行分析评价。结果单纯CO2激光切除喉乳头状瘤10例,术后4周电子喉镜检查发现喉乳头状瘤复发8例,2例缓解;18例经上述手术切除联合西多福韦肿瘤基底部注射,4次1疗程,治愈14例,治愈率77.8%;其他4例均为缓解。结论 CO2激光手术切除联合西多福韦肿瘤基底部注射治疗儿童复发性喉乳头状瘤,进一步提高了该病的治愈率,减少了肿瘤的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and evaluate the feasibility and effect of the treatment for juvenile recurrent laryngeal papilloma by CO2 laser surgery combined with cidofovir.Methods The clinical data of 28 cases with juvenile recurrent laryngeal papilloma were retrospectively analyzed.10 cases were treated by CO2 laser surgery,18 cases were treated by injection of cidofovir in the lesion basement after the CO2 laser surgery.And the effects of the two therapies were analyzed and evaluated.Results Of the 10 cases simply treated by CO2 laser surgery,laryngeal papilloma relapsed with fibrolaryngoscope examination at 4 weeks after operation in 8 cases,only 2 cases relieved.Of the 18 cases treated by injection of cidofovir in the lesion basement four times a therapy after the CO2 laser surgery,14 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 77.8%,and the remain 4 cases relieved.Conclusion CO2 laser surgery combined with injection of cidofovir in the lesion basement to treat juvenile recurrent laryngeal papilloma can raise the cure rate and reduce the recurrence.更多还原
