【摘要】 目的对于输尿管镜下碎石术和取石术进行回顾性分析,对比两者对于术后清石率影响。方法对189例输尿管镜碎石或者采取取石术患者的术后清石率进行回顾性研究分析。结果<1.5cm碎石组各段输尿管结石术后24h清石率较低(P<0.05),术后1周碎石组仅输尿管上段结石清石率较取石组低(P<0.05),中下段结石两者无明显差别(P>0.05),术后1个月各段结石清石率无明显差别(P>0.05),取石组手术时间明显增加(P<0.001),术后输尿管取石组较碎石组出现并发症率相对较高。结论对于输尿管中下段<1.5cm的结石,术中可以不必行取石,只要达到碎石标准,其术后排石和清石效果是相同的,此种方法可以节省手术时间,并可能减少术中并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of stone free rate in ureteroscopic lithotripsy and ureterolithotomy. Methods A total of 189 patients with ureteral stones who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy or ureterolithotomy in our department were reviewd retrospectively. Results Stone free rate of ureteral stone with diameter <1.5 cm was lower in ureterolithotripsy group than that in ureterolithotomy at 24 h post-operatively. Lower stone free rate in ureterolithotripsy was found only in upper ureteral stones one week after ureteroscopy (P<0.05). Similar stone free rate was found 4 weeks post-operatively in both procedures (P>0.05). Operation time was significant shorter in ureterolithotripsy (P<0.0001). There were comparatively more complications in ureterolithotomy group. Conclusions Same stone free rate can be obtained in ureteroscopic lithotripsy procedure alone with lower complication rate and shorter operation time.更多还原
