【摘要】 目的分析老年结肠直肠癌患者的临床特点及外科手术治疗体会。方法对海南省人民医院2010年2月至2011年2月进行手术治疗的55例老年结肠直肠癌患者进行随访观察,并回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果老年的结直肠癌患者临床症状均不明显,23例伴有1种或以上合并症,术后患者出现不同程度的并发症,围手术期死亡1例。随访观察1～5年,患者存活39例,5年生存率为70.9%,死亡15例,原因为多数为恶性肿瘤广泛转移、恶病质及合并症。结论手术治疗为老年结直肠癌患者的最佳治疗方法。重视患者的围手术期处理,积极防治合并疾病,可提高患者的手术成功率。减少手术风险,是患者术后生存率和生活质量的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe surgical treatment effects of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 55 elderly patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of operation,who were admitted to Hainan Provincial People ’s Hospital between 2010 and 2011.Results Different degrees of complications of 23 cases were discovered.With a follow-up observation of 1-5 years,39 patients survived,and the survival rate was 70.9%.Conclusions More attention should be paid to the perioperative treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Active complications prevention and treatment can improve survival rate and life quality of patients.更多还原
