【摘要】 目的探讨直肠癌组织中白细胞介素24(IL-24)的表达水平与其临床分化程度与分期的关系。方法收集花都区人民医院2009年12月到2011年12月具有完整资料的直肠癌患者68例,取手术切除的癌灶蜡块组织、癌旁组织(距离肿瘤边缘2cm外无瘤组织)、系膜内和系膜外转移淋巴结组织。采用免疫组化检测组织中IL-24基因的表达水平。结果 IL-24在直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为58.8%(40/68),而在癌旁组织中表达为100%(68/68),IL-24在直肠癌组织中的表达随肿瘤病理分化程度的降低而下降(P<0.05),同时随肿瘤的临床分期升高表达呈降低(P<0.05)。结论 IL-24基因的表达水平与直肠癌的分化程度和临床分期相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression level of IL-24 in rectal carcinoma tissue, and analyze the relationship between its expression and clinical histodifferentiation and Dukes clinical stages. Methods Sixty-eight cases of total clinical data in rectal cancer patients were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the IL-24 expression level in rectal carcinoma tissue, adjacent non-tumor tissues (distant as two centimeters from a tumor’s edge), lymph node tissue of mesentery or out of mesentery. Results The positive rate of IL-24 expression in rectal carcinoma tissue was 58.8%(40/68), which was significantly different with adjacent non-tumor tissues (100%)(P < 0.05). Moreover, the lower IL-24 expression level was accompanied with the decline of histodifferentiation (P < 0.05), and the increase of clinical stages (P < 0.05) in rectal carcinoma tissues. Conclusion The expression of IL-24 is correlated to histodifferentiation and Dukes clinical stages in rectal cancer.更多还原
