【Abstract】 A headspace capillary gas chromatography method was established for the determination of methanol,acetone,dichlormethane,hexane,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran,heptane and pyridine in docetaxel.A DB-624 capillary column was used with the application of FID detector.The recoveries of the above organic solvents were 99.3%-103.5%,with RSDs less than 2.4%.更多还原
