【摘要】 建立了超高效液相色谱法同时测定藿香正气口服液中的橙皮苷、和厚朴酚及厚朴酚。采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为220 nm。橙皮苷、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚分别在6.4～128 ng、3.2～64 ng和6.4～128 ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.3%、98.4%和102.2%,RSD分别为0.5%、0.9%和2.0%。10批样品测定结果与中国药典HPLC方法测定结果一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 An UPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin,honokiol and magnolol in Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 220 nm.The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 6.4-128 ng,3.2-64 ng and 6.4-128 ng,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.3%,98.4% and 102.2%,with RSDs of 0.5%, 0.9% and 2.0%,respectively.The results for 10 batches of sample were consistent with those by HPLC in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.更多还原
