【Abstract】 2-Aminoethylmethylsulfone hydrochloride(1) was synthesized from zinc methanesulfinate dihydrate by reaction with ethylene oxide,chlorination,substitution and then hydrolysis with the overall yield of 50%.The compound 1 was also prepared from zinc methanesulfinate dihydrate or sodium methanesulfinate by substitution with N-(2-bromoethyl)phthalimide and then hydrolysis with the overall yield of 68% and 79%,respectively.更多还原
