【摘要】 目的:探讨太极扣附着体联合下颌种植义齿的临床应用效果。方法:11名无牙颌患者下颌两侧颏孔之间各植入3-4枚种植体,种植体之间联冠相连,远中端联合应用太极扣附着体,进行下颌种植义齿修复,3-24个月内定期观察其临床表现。结果:义齿的美观、语言、咀嚼、固位和舒适度较好。结论:太极扣附着体联合下颌种植义齿的临床应用效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of extracoronal resilient attachment(ERA) attachment-retained mandibular removable dentures combined with dental implant.Method: Three or four implants were separately implanted into anterior mandible between mental foramen region of two sides for eleven edentulous patients,followed by the fabrication of implant-supported splinted crowns with distal ERA attachments and mandibular removable partial dentures.All patients were followed up for three to twenty-four months.Result: The masticatory efficiency,retention,aesthetic,pronunciation and comfort of implant dentures were satisfactory.Conclusions: The clinical applications of ERA attachment-retained mandibular removable dentures combined with dental implant were confirmed to be favorable.更多还原
