数控系统可靠性增长规划研究
Research on Reliability Growth Planning of CNC System
【摘要】 通过对数控系统可靠性增长试验进度的规划来提高产品的可靠性是节省试验时间、减少试验次数和降低研制经费的有效办法,文章对数控系统的可靠性增长规划进行了研究,论述了数控系统可靠性增长管理策略的制定原则,重点论述了数控系统的失效修正策略及可靠性增长规划的相关参数选取原则,并按照国家机械行业标准对数控系统可靠性的要求制定了数控系统可靠性理想增长曲线,对数控系统可靠性增长试验的开展具有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 The reliability of CNC system can be improved by means of programming the plan of CNC system reliability grow th experiment.It is an effective measure to save test time,reduce the times of test and decrease the development fund.The reliability grow th planning of CNC system is studied in the paper,formulation principles of CNC system reliability grow th management strategy is discussed,CNC system failure correction strategy and parameter selecting principles of reliability grow th planning are particularly discussed.CNC system reliability ideal grow th curve is settled in accordance w ith the requirement of national machinery industry standard to CNC system reliability,it can guide the conduct of CNC system reliability grow th experiment.
