磨床工作台T形槽与螺栓接触问题有限元分析
A Contact Problem Finite Element Analysis of T-shape Groove and T-bolt on Grinder Table
【摘要】 介绍了磨床工作台上T形槽的作用及参数,利用ADINA分析软件对T形槽与T形螺栓接触问题的有限元模型进行了静态分析,获得了T形槽在载荷作用下的应力和变形分布规律,预测了应力集中点和容易产生失效的部位,对比验证赫兹理论解,为磨床工作台上T形槽进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The structure parameters and effects of T-shape Groove was introduced.The finite element model of T-shape Groove and T-bolt contact problem w as built by ADINA.The stress of T-shape Groove w ith meshes under load and the strain distribution w ere derived from the model.The static analysis w as done on the model,the analysis results pointed out the defects of the structure of T-shape Groove,verified Hertz theoretical solution,and provided a theoretical basis for the further optimization of the structure design.
