【摘要】 目的评价Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表在国内的适用性。方法使用汉化后的Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表,对某高校1166名医学生进行测试,评价量表信度和效度。结果量表折半信度为0.931,内部一致性信度为0.794~0.905;重测信度均>0.7。量表具有良好的内容效度、集合效度与区分效度,结构效度的累积方差贡献率为58.99%,提取的4个公因子与量表的结构假设一致。结论汉化的Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为该量表在国内人群中的使用提供线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the reliability and validity of Zelaya’s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale in a Chinese sample.Method The reliability and validity of Chinese version Zelaya’s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale were tested in a sample of 1166 medical college students.Results The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.931,the Cronbach’s α coefficient of four subscales was ranged from 0.794 to 0.905,the test-retest reliability of four subscales were above 0.7.The scale had good content validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity.Four factors were extracted by a factor analysis,which explained 58.99% of the total variance and was in accordance with the original scale.Conclusion The Chinese version Zelaya’s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale is proved to be reliable and valid,which deserves to be used in Chinese samples.更多还原
