【摘要】 探讨临床路径应用于婴幼儿呼吸道异物术后管理中的效果。回顾分析2008年6月至2011年6月我科收治的手术治疗的呼吸道异物婴幼儿608例,进行临床路径管理后,平均术后住院日、平均住院费用、并发症发生率均比未开展临床路径前明显降低(P<0.05),患儿家长对医疗服务的满意度显著增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims to evaluate the effects of clinical pathway in postoperative care of infants with foreign body in the respiratory tract.Clinical pathway was applied in postoperative care of 608 infants with foreign body in the respiratory tract from June,2008 to June,2011.The length of hospital stay after surgery,the average costs of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly reduced compared to before(P<0.05).Morevoer,the parents’ satisfaction was improved obviously.更多还原
