【摘要】 目的调查妇科癌症患者主要照顾者生存质量,分析动态变化,为护理提供依据。方法对132例妇科癌症患者主要照顾者于患者手术后、第1次化疗后、第2次化疗后及第3次化疗后进行调查分析。结果主要照顾者生存质量与疾病信息认知、社会支持、患者体力状态等级评分(ECOG-PSR)评分、家庭经济负担独立相关;社会支持状况则总体偏低。结论护理人员应针对妇科癌症患者主要照顾者生存质量的各个影响因素制订干预措施,提高照顾者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of quality of life among primary caregivers of gynecological cancer patients.Methods Totally 132 primary caregivers of gynecological cancer patients were investigated after patients’ surgery and the first,second and third chemotherapy.Results The score of quality of life of the primary caregivers was correlated with their disease knowledge,social support,patients’ physical status rating(ECOG-PSR) score,and family economic burden.The caregivers’ social support was relatively low.Conclusions Nurses should develop targeted interventions according to the influencing factors of quality of life of the primary caregivers of gynecological cancer patients to improve their quality of life.更多还原
