【Abstract】 In order to enhance the safety management of the outpatient test result reports,a series of measures were implemented, such as modifying work flow,strengthening communication with patients at multi-levels,expanding service scope,enhancing the management of abnormal test result reports and sending caution messages to the patients or family members in time, improving the patients’ understanding to the test results and reminding them to fetch the reports timely and accurately.The above measures embodied the patient-centered and quality-focused service concept,and effectively improved the management level of outpatient nursing.更多还原
