【Abstract】 This paper introduces the practice and effects of a standardized SBAR(Situation,Background,Assessment and Recommendation) communication style about patient situation between surgeons and nurses in surgical units.After over one year’s practice,the effect was obvious.The standardized SBAR communication style facilitated communications between doctors and nurses,reduced medical adverse events,improved nurses’ critical thinking and communication ability,and increased patient satisfaction.更多还原
