【摘要】 藁本内酯在川芎、当归等伞形科植物中含量较高,在1%左右,是主要活性成分之一,并具有多种与药效相关的药理活性。目前藁本内酯已引起人们广泛关注,对其研究报道越来越多,是一个很有发展前途的化合物。文中就近年来藁本内酯在神经保护、舒张血管、抗癌抗肿瘤、镇痛消炎等方面的药理作用以及吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等方面的药物代谢动力学研究进展进行综述,为藁本内酯的进一步研究开发提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ligustilide is contained highly or around 1% in such umbelliferous plants as Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong,is one of main bioactive constituents.It shows many pharmacological activities related to their efficacy.At present,ligustilide has attracted extensive attention and more and more studies have been reported,indicating that it is a promising compound.This essay summarizes the progress of pharmacological effects of ligustilide on neuroprotection,vasodilatation,anti-caner and anti-tumor,analgesia and anti-inflammation,and pharmacokinetics including absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion,providing basis for further studies and development of ligustilide.更多还原
