【摘要】 如何从多种方案中选出一种最佳方案,一直是研究员需要研究和解决的一个重要课题。该文提出了一种基于改进层次分析法的灰色多层次综合评判法,并将该方法应用于浙江省的生物质能源开发方案的评估中,综合结果表明,生物质沼气方案>生物质发电方案>生物柴油方案>生物质固化成型方案>生物质气化方案。实践表明,该方法用于评价受多种因素影响的各种方案具有适用性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to obtain the optimal choice from various programs is an important problem which researchers need to research and solve.In this paper,a model of multi-hierarchical appraisal that combines gray relative relation grade appraisal method with the improved AHP was put forward.As an example,the model was used to evaluate the biomass energy development programs of Zhejiang Province.The overall results showed that biogas program>biomass power program>biodiesel program>biomass pellets and briquettes program>biomass gasification program.It is shown that this method is suitable and rational to evaluate diverse programs involving various influence factors.更多还原
