【摘要】 目的:评价"四动"、"五步法"治疗上肢闭合性骨折临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验,将545例早期上肢闭合性骨折征患者随机分为2组:手术组(263例)采用切开复位内固定治疗;治疗组(282例)采取"四动"、"五步法"治疗,疗程均为6月。结果:近期疗效(6个疗程结束后):治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为98.2%和95.4%,优良率分别为87.6%和77.6%;2组骨折愈合时间和并发症发生率比较均明显下降,2组比较差异有统计学意义。远期疗效(随访1年～4年1个月):治疗组和对照组总有效率和优良率比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"四动"、"五步法"具有费用低廉、疗程短、功能好等优点,可以作为上肢闭合性骨折的首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the closed fracture of Summary of upper limb treated by "action" and "five steps" method.Methods:545 patients with closed fracture of upper limb were randomly divided into two groups,the surgery group(263 cases) treated with open reduction and internal fixation and the treatment group(282 cases) treated with "action" and "five steps" method.Results:At the end of the short-term effect course(6 courses),the total effective rate was 98.2% and 95.4% respectively in the treatment group and the control group;the excellent rate was 87.6% and 77.6% respectively in the treatment group and the control group.There were significant differences in the healing time of fracture and complications between the two groups.There were significant differences in the healing time of fracture and complications between the two groups,at the end of the long-term effect course(12 months to 49 months)(x2 = 7.568,P<0.05).Conclusion:The "action" and "five steps" method with low-cost,short course and better function can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of closed fractures in the upper limbs.更多还原
