【摘要】 目的:观察寰枕后膜推拿松解术治疗寰枕后膜挛缩症的临床疗效。方法:对2008年10月～2010年5月我科收治寰枕后膜挛缩症患者60例,运用SPSS16.0随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用寰枕后膜松解术;对照组给予地塞米松和氯唑沙宗口服,10d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。所有患者均进行随访。结果:治疗组寰枕后间隙间距改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组椎动脉各项指标(CDFI)改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率56.70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:寰枕后膜推拿松解术作为治疗寰枕后膜挛缩症的新方法,具有安全、简便、廉验的特点,具有一定临床实用及推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of massage lysis on posterior atlantooccipital membrane(PAM) for treating contracture syndrome of PAM.Methods: All 60 patients in our division from October 2008 to May 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients of treatment group were treated with massage lysis on PAM,and the patients of control group were treated with dexamethasone and chlorzoxazone tablets.Ten days was a course of treatment,and observed for two courses.All the patients were followed up.Results: The atlantooccipital space in the treatment group was significantly improved than control group(P<0.01).All the CDFI index of vertebral artery in the treatment group were improved obviously than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 56.70% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of massage lysis of PAM,as a new way to treat contracture syndrome of PAM,is used feasibly and practically in clinic for its advantages of safe,convenient,and cheap.更多还原
