【摘要】 目的:对山东省内三级综合性医院(不包括中医院和专科医院)的中医临床和中医科发展现状进行调查研究,寻找其综合医院中医事业发展中存在的问题,并提出发展对策。方法:从山东省内90余家三级综合医院中随机抽取27家作为样本,通过查阅图书资料、地方志、病案,组织抽样医院有关医护管理人员进行访谈,并设计发放调查问卷。结果:山东省综合医院中医发展存在中医临床特色相对不足、中医临床优势没有完全发挥、中医项目出现萎缩、病房地位相对尴尬等不足。结论:综合医院中医科存在诸多不足,同时又具一定优势,应创新管理模式,发挥中医特色,加强中医护理工作,改进疗效评价机制,不断完善中医药人才培养评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To learn problems and measures on traditional Chinese Medicine development in tertiary general hospital in Shandong province by investigation.Methods: 27 hospitals in total 90 hospitals were randomly selected.General methods such as checking books,local history,medical record,interview with medical and nursing staff and questionnaire were used.Results: Problems related to traditional Chinese medical development in tertiary general hospital existed,which involves lack of traditional Chinese medicine characters,the strength of clinical traditional Chinese medicine is not fully taken,the items and beds of traditional Chinese medicine are reduced.Conclusions: Both strength and weakness are existed in department of traditional Chinese medicine in tertiary general hospital.It is considered to innovate management mode,strengthen its characters,improving nursing,promoting evaluation mechanism and human resources training.更多还原
