引入中立第三方解决纠纷的优势及政策建议
Advantages and policy recommendations on introducing neutral third party to mediate medical disputes
【摘要】 中立第三方参与调解是一种新的解决医患纠纷的方法。本文分析目前我国现行医患纠纷解决途径存在的利益问题,进而提出中立第三方化解医患纠纷的优势及其实施的政策建议。
【Abstract】 The neutral third-party’s participation is a new way in solving medical disputes.The interest problems of the existing medical dispute solution approaches are analyzed.The advantages and policy recommendations on introducing neutral third party to mediate medical disputes are discussed.
