华西医院门诊患者就医等待时间的定量分析与研究

【摘要】 目的:了解门诊患者就医环节的等待时间现况,为进行门诊资源整合与流程优化提供依据。方法:通过调查员代答的方式进行问卷调查,结合观察法进行人流量统计,运用Epdata3.1和SPSS16.0进行数据处理与分析。结果:患者在就医各个环节均存在排队问题且等待时间远超出卫生部制定的相应标准。结论:采取整合资源,变分散服务为综合服务,设立初诊患者接待中心,优化HIS排号原则等措施缩短患者就医环节的等待时间,提高患者满意度。

【Abstract】 Objectives: To know the status of waiting time for treatment of the outpatients and to provide evidence for outpatient resource integration and process optimization.Methods: Combined with questionnaire by investigators and observations.Use Epdata3.1 and SPSS16.0 to analyze the data.Results: Outpatients queue in all processes of treatment and the waiting time far beyond the corresponding requirements of the Ministry of Health.Conclusions: Measures,such as integrating the resource and changing decentralized services for integrated service,setting first patients reception center,optimizing the HIS system principle of sequence can help shortening the waiting time for treatment and improving the patients satisfaction.
