【Abstract】 Follow-up has positive significance on improving hospital efficiency and optimizing medical resources allocation.The Department of Endocrinology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital build up the follow-up system by the Hospital Registration Booking System,specialist outpatient system,doctor’s teaching and consulting system,patients’ teaching system and case-based follow-up system.With the progress of medical service mode,defects also appears.Data collection and follow up method need to be promoted to improve follow up quality.更多还原
