【摘要】 通过收集临床路径资料,分析应用于颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术的临床路径的变异因素,发现原因探讨改进措施。采用回顾性资料收集方法,收集120例施行颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术的临床路径患者,对发生变异的病例进行分析,寻找引起变异的原因。120例患者实施了颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术的临床路径,其中34例发生变异,变异率28.3%,变异由多种原因引起。变异分析对于临床路径的管理至关重要,通过对颈前路手术临床路径的变异分析,可以对临床路径的运行起到推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 By collecting the clinical pathway data,the factors of the variability of the clinical pathway used in anterior cervical decompression and fusion with internal fixation is analyzed.Its causes and measures is discussed.Among 120 patients were selected and the variation cases were analyzed to find the causes.There are 34 variation cases to total 120 cases(28.3%).The variations were resulted from different factors.Variation analysis is very important on clinical pathway management.The analysis of anterior cervical surgery can promote clinical pathway implementation.更多还原
