【摘要】 北京大学第三医院通过选取医院2006-2008年间眼科老年性白内障患者自行选择手术模式,即门诊、常规住院和Day Case3种手术模式等信息,比较分析其手术量、平均住院日、单个患者单眼手术支出等数据。发现Day Case模式手术量逐年上升,全科白内障平均住院日下降,Day Case模式患者单眼手术支出亦下降。指出Day Case手术模式的改革需要包括医患间、科室与院方、医生之间及医护间的理解与合作等各方面的准备与沟通。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selected senile cataract patients independently decided surgery mode which includes clinic,routine in-patient and Day Case in Peking University Third Hospital in 2006-2008 were selected.Data about cases,average length of stay and surgery expense per case per eye of these 3 modes were compared.it showed that the number for Day Case has been increased year by year and the expense per eye in Day Case mode also has been decreased,the average length of stay has been decreased in all 3modes.It showed that Day Case surgery mode reform needs communication and cooperation among hospital patients,department and hospital,and doctor and nurse.更多还原
