【摘要】 随着医疗市场竞争的日益加剧,医院在努力实践可持续发展的同时,如何降低医疗成本,控制医疗费用,保证医疗质量,为患者提供满意的医疗服务,已成为医院管理者及广大医务工作者研究的重要课题。医院在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展就要寻找先进的管理方法和模式来规避医疗风险。作为一种新的医院管理模式——临床路径(clinical pathway,CP),本文对其在实施过程中遇到的影响因素及干预对策进行探讨,寻求在执行过程中的干预措施。为进一步提高持续质量改进的诊疗标准化方法、降低医疗费用、提升医院竞争力提供新的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing competition in medical market,how to reduce medical cost,control medical expense,assure medical quality and provide satisfied service for publics to achieve sustainable development is an important problem for hospital administrations and medical staffs.Hospital needs to find advanced management method and mode to avoid medical risk and maintain survival and development.As a new hospital management mode — clinical pathway,the influence factors and countermeasures during implementing clinical pathway are discussed to give new measures on continuous quality improvement,standardizing treatment method,reducing medical expense and promoting hospital competition.更多还原
