【摘要】 目的建立RP-HPLC同时测定黄连上清丸中栀子苷和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱:HiborC18柱,流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长分别为240nm(栀子苷),278nm(黄芩苷);柱温:30℃。结果栀子苷、黄芩苷进样量分别在0.16～0.8μg、0.24～1.2μg范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为96.8%、98.8%,RSD分别为1.83%、2.32%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于黄连上清丸中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a double dual wavelength RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in Huanglianshangqing Pills.Methods The analysis was performed on a Hibar C18 column with gradient elution of using acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution.Geniposide and baicalin were detected at 240 nm and 278 nm,respectively.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range was 0.16～0.8 μg for geniposide and 0.24～1.2 μg for baicalin.The average recoveries of geniposide and baicalin were 96.8% and 98.8%,and RSD were 1.83% and 2.32%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and which can be used for simultaneously determining the contents of geniposide and baicalin in Huanglianshangqing Pills.更多还原
