药物安全性的基因组学研究与探讨
The Research and Discussion of Drug Safety Genomics
【摘要】 目的药物安全性的基因组学在基因水平探讨遗传因素(基因型)与药物反应及安全性之间的关系。方法采用单核苷酸多态性分析、DNA芯片、基因表达连续分析等先进的基因检测、诊断技术以及统计学方法、数据挖掘技术和计算机技术等方法学研究药物效应的基因多态性、基因变异等对药物安全性的影响。结果与结论新的药物安全性研究以快速增长的人类基因组信息来引导新药的开发及个体化医药发展的新纪元。
【Abstract】 Objective The drug safety genomics explore the relationship of the genetic factors(gene type) and drug reaction as well as safety at the genetic level.Methods Apply the advanced genetic testing,diagnosis technology such as the single nucleotide polymorphism,microarray,serial analysis of gene expression etc.,along with statistical methods,data mining technology,computer technology and so on to study the influence of the gene polymorphism of the drugs′effects,genetic mutation etc.about the drug safety.Results and Conclusion The new study of drug safety genomics apply the fast growth of the human genomics′information to guide the development of new and individualized medicine to new era.
