【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜保胆取石术的临床应用价值。方法对2007年5月至2011年2月在我院采用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜行保胆取石术的90例胆囊结石患者(观察组)及同期在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的104例胆囊结石患者(对照组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间、住院费用和并发症发生情况等。结果观察组在手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间、住院费用和术后并发症等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜保胆取石术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院费用低、术后并发症少等优势,值得在有适应证的患者中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 90cases of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder and 104cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May 2007to February 2011,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospital cost and complications of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder was better than laparoscopic cholecystectomy group on operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospital cost,postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Eligible patients with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder with less trauma,quicker recovery,lower hospital costs,fewer complications advantages,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
