【摘要】 目的研究不同年龄组间及成年男女不同性别间血清中免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)的含量特点。方法选取2010年1月至2012年2月的正常体检及无慢性细菌感染、无先天和获得性免疫性疾病的空腹血清标本共424例。将其分为:<1、1～3、4～6、7～9、10～16岁;成人对照共6个组,成人对照又分为男女2个组。分别测定血清中IgG、IgA、IgM的含量,并进行统计分析。结果对IgG、IgA、IgM各年龄组进行S-N-K的方差分析,F值分别为131.8、192.4、15.7,P值均<0.05。组间的两两比较结果如下:IgG、IgA各组之间均差异有统计学意义。IgM各组中,<1岁组与其他各组之间的差异均有统计学意义。成人对照组与1～3岁组之间P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,而与其他组之间差异均有统计学意义。4～6岁组、7～9岁组、10～16岁组之间的P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。IgG、IgA、IgM成年男、女组的P值均>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA,在<1岁组中含量最少,随着年龄的增大含量逐渐增加而接近成人水平。免疫球蛋白IgM,在<1岁组中含量最少,到3岁时就可达到成人水平。而后含量又缓慢增加并超过成人,最后逐渐降到成人水平。成人男女之间IgG、IgA、IgM含量没有差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the three kinds of immunoglobulin G,A,M(IgG,IgA,IgM)content characteristics in different age groups and between adult men and women.Methods To select serum samples a total of 424 cases under empty stomach include normal physical exam cases,except for the cases of chronic bacterial infection,congenital,Acquired immune globulin defects from January 2010 to February 2012.It was divided into 6 groups of less than 1 year old,1-3 years,4-6 years old,7-9 years old,10-16 years old and Adults control that divided into two groups of men and women.Serum IgG,IgA,IgM contents were determined.The above all kinds of immunoglobulin data were analyzed with statistical software.Results Serum IgG,IgA,IgM contents of all different age groups were analyzed with S-N-K test of variance analysis.F value is respectively 131.8,192.4,15.7,(P<0.05).The result is the different groups of IgG and IgA have statistical significance with S-N-K test of variance analysis.Among the different groups of IgM,significant differences were determined between the group of less than 1 year old and the other groups,no significant difference between adult control group and 1-3 years old group(P>0.05),but significant difference between adult control group and any other groups.P value(P>0.05) is no significant difference among 4-6 years old group,7-9 years old group and10-16 years old group.Conclusion Immunoglobulin G and A contents were the least in the less than 1 years old group,increase with the increase of age and gradually increase the content of close to adult level.Immunoglobulin M content was the least in the less than 1 years old group,and reached the adult level in the three years old.From then on,Immunoglobulin M content increases slowly and more than adults,finally reaches to adult level.Immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M contents were no difference between adults men and adults women.更多还原
