【摘要】 目的探讨肾移植术后患者应用他克莫司(FK506)的血药浓度与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的相关关系。方法选取肾移植术后6个月以上应用他克莫司治疗的患者27例,测定患者应用他克莫司的血药浓度和在该血药浓度下患者的HbA1c的百分比,分析二者的相关关系。结果他克莫司的血药浓度与该血药浓度下患者的HbA1c的百分比具有相关性且为正相关,其相关系数为r=0.733,P<0.01(N=27);二者直线回归F=29.051,P<0.01(N=27)。结论肾移植患者术后应用他克莫司应对其进行血药浓度监测,同时还应对患者定期进行糖化血红蛋白的检测,尽可能减少由于应用他克莫司引起患者血糖升高给机体带来损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between tacrolimus(FK506) in blood plasma concentration and the concentration of HbA1c afer kidney transplant patients.Methods 27patients with tacrolimus more than 6months after kidney transplantation were selected.The blood tacrolimus concentration and the Percentage of glycated hemoglobin A1cunder the tacrolimus plasma concentration were measured and the relationship of them was analyzed.Results Percentage of glycated hemoglobin A1cunder the tacrolimus plasma concentration and Tacrolimus blood concentration was positive correlation,the correlation coefficient r=0.733,P<0.01(N=27);two by linear regression F=29.051,P<0.01(N=27).Conclusion Tacrolimus blood concentration should be carried out monitoring in kidney transplant patients,regularly glycated hemoglobin should be monitoring at the same time to reduce the damage to the body by elevated blood glucose.更多还原
