【摘要】 目的总结双极电凝在气管切开手术中应用的经验。方法开放式气管切开术患者60例。年龄29～99岁,平均(69±5.7)岁。分为A、B两组:A组30例,术中不采用双极电凝,采用压迫法、结扎法止血;B组30例,术中采用双极电凝止血。比较其止血纱布使用的块数、手术所需时间、术后气管垫敷料浸透数及手术并发症。结果术中未使用双极电凝组与使用双极电凝组其术中所用止血纱布块数为(2.17±0.70)块比(1.10±0.31)块,手术时间为(21.80±2.72)分钟比(17.15±1.38)分钟,术后24小时敷料血浸透数为(2.77±1.38)块比(1.93±1.02)块,两组各指标差异有显著性。手术后并发症发生率B组低于A组,分别为5例(16.7%)和11例(36.7%)。结论开放式气管切开手术中采用双极电凝止血,术野清晰,操作方便,手术并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the efficancy of tracheotomy.Methods A total of 60 patients of tracheotomy with a mean age of 69 years(range 29 to 99) were enrolled in the study.The 60 patients were divided into group A(n = 30 ) and group B(n = 30 ).In group A,bleeding was controlled by means of oppression or ligation during the operation, but in group B bioplar electrocoagulation was applied as the bleeding control method.Results A total of 60 tracheotomies were successfully performed.In group A(without bioplar electrocoagulation) and group B(with bioplar electrocoagulation),number of gauze piece during the operation,operative time,and number of replacing blood soaked dressings during 24 hours were 2.17±0.70 vs.1.10±0.31,21.80±2.72 vs.17.15±1.38 and 2.77±1.38 vs.1.93±1.02,repectively.And the complications were less in group B than in group A(16.67%vs. 36.67%).Conclusion Bioplar electrocoagulation in tracheotomy provides a good view field in the surgery and a good outcome with few complications.更多还原
