蚊子草化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)
Chemical constituents of Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 目的研究蚊子草[Filipendula palmate(Pall)Maxim]的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了6个已知化合物,分别是芹菜素(1)、山柰酚(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和胡萝卜苷(6)。结论化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim has been widely used as a folk medicine to treat rheumatism,gout,epilepsy,frostbite and empyrosis.In order to further use this plant,the chemical constituents of Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Six compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin(1),kaempferol(2),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside(3),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(4),β-sitosterol(5) and daucosterol(6).Compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim for the first time and compounds 1,2,3,4 were isolated from Filipendula genus for the first time.
