利用蜜蜂为生产田大豆授粉增产试验报告

【摘要】 大豆依靠自花授粉进行繁衍,不用昆虫授粉能够正常结荚,但利用蜜蜂以它在大豆花上采集的混合花粉增强大豆异花杂交授粉的优势,可以提高大豆产量。本文通过2010~2011年两年网棚隔离蜜蜂为生产田大豆授粉试验,有蜂区大豆产量提高18.7%~20.1%,大豆千粒重提高6.0%。试验表明,蜜蜂为生产田大豆授粉增产的潜力很大,具有开发推广的前景。

【Abstract】 Soybean reproduces by self-pollination,it can get pods well itself instead of insect pollination.But it shows yield advantage of soybean by cross pollination,which realized by mixed pollen collected from different strains by honeybees.We carried cross-pollination experiments using honeybee as the pollinator by net shed isolation method in 2010 and 2011.The results showed honeybee pollinator contributed 18.7%—20.1%yield increase of soybean.The thousand seed weight increased 6.0%.The experiments revealed that it has great potential in soybean produce in field using honeybee as its pollinator,and the prospect is considerable.
