【摘要】 目的探讨室内装修污染对儿童免疫功能的影响。方法对泰安市五所小学的7～9岁儿童进行居室内装修状况的调查;室内污染物甲醛指标监测;装修污染对儿童免疫功能的影响。结果有室内装修污染儿童的血清免疫球蛋白及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标均低于无室内装修污染的儿童,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;甲醛浓度超标组儿童的血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM值分别为8.67、1.47、1.28g/L;甲醛浓度未超标组儿童的IgG、IgA、IgM值分别为11.01、1.84、1.64g/L,经t检验,P值<0.01,差异有统计学意义;甲醛浓度超标组儿童的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均值分别为65.56%、42.76%、1.53;甲醛浓度未超标组儿童的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均值分别为68.89%、45.14%、1.72,P值<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论室内装修污染尤其是甲醛对儿童的体液免疫和细胞免疫产生一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of indoor decoration pollution on children′s immunologic function.Methods We studied children with ages of 7 to 9 in five primary schools in Taian City.Children′s home decoration condition,indoor formaldehyde index and decoration pollution were monitored and the influence was evaluated on children’s immunologic function.Results The indices of serum immunoglobulin and the T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood for children living in polluted houses were significantly lower than those living without indoor decoration pollution(P<0.05).The indices of serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA and IgM for children living in over proof formaldehyde surroundings were 8.67,1.47 and 1.28,respectively,while the indices of IgG,IgA and IgM for children not living in over proof formaldehyde surroundings were 11.01,1.84 and 1.64,respectively.The t test showed that the difference was significant(P<0.01).The average indices of CD3,CD4,and CD4/ CD8 for children living in over proof formaldehyde surroundings were 65.56%,42.76% and 1.53,respectively,while these indices for children not living in over proof formaldehyde surroundings were 68.89%,45.14% and 1.72,and statistical result showed P<0.05.Conclusions Indoor decoration pollution,especially formaldehyde pollution,could cause certain restraint on children′s humoral and cellular immunity.更多还原
