Biolog GEN Ⅲ微孔板在烟草青枯病、黑胫病生防细菌鉴定中的应用
The application of Biolog GEN III Microplate in identifying antagonistic bacteria against tobacco bacterial wilt and tobacco black shank
【摘要】 采用Biolog全自动微生物鉴定系统的Biolog GEN III微孔板对24株烟草青枯、黑胫病未知生防细菌进行了鉴定。结果表明,鉴定准确率为100%,其中解淀粉芽孢杆菌12株(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)、饲料类芽孢杆菌3株(Paenibacillus pabuli)、枯草芽孢杆菌2株(Bacillus subtilis)、萎缩芽孢杆菌2株(Bacillus atrophaeus)、地衣芽孢杆菌2株(Bacillus licheniformis)、短小芽孢杆菌1株(Bacillus pumilus)、亨氏普罗威登斯菌1株(Providencia heimbachae)。
【Abstract】 Twenty-four unknown antagonistic bacteria,which were against tobacco bacterial wilt and tobacco black shank,were identified with Biolog GEN III Microplate.Result indicated that all 24 isolates were correctly identified,of which 12 were Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,three Paenibacillus pabuli,two Bacillus subtilis,two Bacillus atrophaeus,two Bacillus licheniformis,one Bacillus pumilus and one Providencia heimbachae.
